We advise a variety of TMT businesses on numerous aspects of their legal and risk compliance areas - eg, licensing, outsourcing arrangements, sale and purchase of hardware, software and services, data protection and privacy laws, e-commerce issues, and fraud prevention.

This is a critical area of our business and this ethos is evident in the way that we help TMT clients.

INSURANCE 

Since the first bounce (or kick off), helping insurers has been a core service. Our team understand the end to end legal process, from compliance and marketing to claims management and the reduction of total legal spend.  

Our team is headed by Miriam Rihani (ex Macquarie Bank and RGA) based in Sydney, Australia and Mim is supported senior lawyers including Sonja Nanevski (ex IAG and Nuclear Scientist, of all things).

GOVERNMENT & GOC's

Through our relationship with McInnes Wilson Lawyers we are pleased to be included on Commonwealth Government Legal Services Multi-Use List of approved legal providers.

Currently we perform industry specific, commercial, energy, finance and consulting legal services for various government organisations throughout Australia. In recent times, we've been working with Australia Post, QIC and other State Government Departments

Earlier this year we performed a full operational review and continuous improvement project for a large Government Department focusing on better utilising resources and reducing total legal spend by 1/3.


Not-for-profits & charities 

This work is tremendously important to us. Currently, we provide a full suite of legal services and support to Step Back Think (www.stepbackthink.org), which raises awareness to put an end to senseless social violence, and Mate Check (www.matecheck.com.au) - the leading mental health and well being monitoring solution.
